Pale Ales
Cascadian Blonde
Cascadian is a refreshing blonde beer, 4.1% abv.
Malt: Barley, Oats, Wheat.
Hops: North-West America.
Bitterness: 25 IBU.
Aromas of citrus, floral, pine, soft and silky mouthfeel, balanced bitterness and great foam. Solid, unpretentious and smashable. | | |
Long White Cloud
A beer first brewed in a garage in Christchurch New Zealand, this is our Kiwi inspired pale ale, 5.6% abv.
Malt: Extra Pale.
Hops: South Island New Zealand.
Bitterness: 35 IBU.
Tropical fruit, spice, vinous in hop character, refreshing white gold pale ale. |

RyePA
Rye Malt Pale Ale, 5.5% abv. Malt: Pale, Rye, Muich, Rye Crystal.
Hops: North American.
Bitterness: 40 IBU.
High percentage of Rye into the grist brings a spicy wholemeal malt breadiness, extended cold hop maturation brings an orange citrus aroma. | | |

Pale Ale
This is our North American inspired pale ale, 4.5% abv.
Malt: Pale Ale, Munich, Wheat.
Hops: North American.
Bitterness: 35 IBU.
Rich hop fueled character of piney, citrus aromatics that smack your lips and refresh your senses. |
India Pale Ales
Brave New World
India Pale Ale the way we think it should be, 7.0% abv.
Malt: Pale Ale, Munich.
Hops: North American, New Zealand.
Bitterness: 70 IBU.
IPA that is super drinkable with a big dry hop character and plenty of malt body. If we could only produce one beer this would be it. | | |
A Face With No Name
Amber, 6.0% abv.
Malt: Pale, Munich, Carared, Amber.
Hops: North American, New Zealand.
Bitterness: 45 IBU.
We couldn’t buy the toasted malt we were looking for in this beer so we made our own. Then we mature it for ages on big spicey hops and drink as much of it as we can. |
Porters and Stouts
Cresta Black
Four Grain stout, 4.1% abv.
Malt: Oats, Barley, Rye, Wheat.
Hops: English and American.
Bitterness: 25 IBU.
A session stout with a four grain twist and a floral blackberry finish. | | |
Double Cresta
Four Grain Imperial stout, 8.2% abv.
Double the recipe, double the fun, always aged in or on something.. |
Chipotle Porter
Robust Porter with a kick, 5.6% abv.
Malt: Pale, Crystal, Chocolate, Black.
Hops: American.
Bitterness: 35 IBU.
Brewed to be big and roasty, it’s then infused with Mexican smoke dried jalapenos and cacao. | | |
Red Eye Flight
Mocha Porter, 7.4% abv.
Malt: Pale, Munich, Chocolate, Crystal, Wheat, Carafa, Amber.
Hops: American.
Bitterness: 70 IBU.
Brewed with the finest cocoa and demerara then aged on coffee beans to give a smoother cold extraction. This is a complex and robust dark ale. |
Special Projects
Unforgiven Ale
Oak smoked Rye Beer infused with juniper and aged on oak chips, 5.4% abv.
Malt: Smoked, Rye, Rye Crystal.
Hops: Noble European.
Bitterness: 30 IBU.
Our malt is oak smoked locally by the Teviot River smokehouse, we then infuse the finest noble hops, junipers and oak. | | | |
