Making a very welcome and grand return, we’ve got cheeseburger legends Meat Stack bringing the beef to Oktoberfest!

Past festival-goers will recognise these masters of meat as The Grind – but given how expertly they pile those patties we reckon Meat Stack is definitely a more fitting name! The guys from Meat Stack create amazing, gooey, delicious burgers using the highest quality, fresh ground beef, pillowy soft buns, and a plethora of homemade sauces, toppings, and relishes. Get ready for the best burger you’ve ever had…!

In the meantime, you can visit them in Edinburgh at their kitchen inside Salt Horse on Blackfriars Street, or follow them online on Facebook and Twitter to keep up with what they'll be bringing!

Worried about getting your five-a-day at Oktoberfest? Our friends Thistly Cross Cider will take care of that! (Cider totally counts right?)

A firm favourite here at the brewery and with festival-goers, Thistly Cross make amazing, fresh, hand-pressed cider at their cider shed in Dunbar, East Lothian. Using all local fruit, they create some of the most delicious craft cider you’ll ever try from a straight-up Traditional cider, to Strawberry and Elderflower.

A newbie to the festival, we’ve got Left Field Kombucha bringing their awesome non-alcoholic options to the fest!

Left Field started in 2016 by beer brewer Geraint after realising there wasn’t really a good non-alcoholic option that wasn’t also loaded with sugar and flavourings. Inspired by their background in brewing beer and love for all things fermented, they discovered kombucha – a brew made using high quality tea low in sugar and calories, with no added flavourings or juices. They brew their raw unfiltered kombucha locally in Eyemouth!

Hot off another amazing award win, we’ve got the lovely and talented Tasty Buns Bakery back once again!

It’s no secret how much we all love Louise’s amazing cakes and bakes – she’s one of the most creative bakers in the biz. And if our recommendation wasn’t enough, her and her team recently took home Retail Bakery of the Year! They make delicious cakes and treats often with a bit of booze thrown into the mix – past festival-goers have tucked into sweets like Alligator Man infused donuts, Mexicake Tart, and beer truffles!

For Oktoberfest we’re bringing the Helles and steins, and The Prague Shack are bringing the schnitzel!

Serving up Central European dishes using Scottish ingredients, they make hearty, delicious food that pairs up perfect with beer. From Schnitzelwiches, to beef goulash, to loaded potato rosti, you’ll want to try everything they’ve got to offer!
