Brewed in collaboration with Circus Brewery Alvinne and Brouwerij Ruimtegist - the wild boys of Belgian craft beer. This is the very definition of a three-headed serpent, with big ideas coming from all sides. How else can you explain an elderflower Gose brewed with a vibrant blend of locally foraged elderflower, Himalayan pink salt, Indian coriander, grains of paradise, and lemon zest.  Soleil is both complex and crushable and made for warm weather and adventurous palates.
