The Big I AM
It's that time once again, when we shine a light on one of our favourite hops. The Big I am is a juicy, hazy IPA and a full on Idaho 7 celebration Layered with complexity and bursting with vibrant hop character.
It opens with an aromatic blast of tropical fruit, candied pineapple, and stone fruit. On the palate is a wave of resinous pine, ripe mango, and subtle citrus zest as well as peach rings, passion-fruit, and freshly cut melon, rounded out with a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel and a soft bitterness.
