Every beer we brew is a collaborative effort between everyone in the team; from conceptualisation, to brewing, to packaging, to marketing. Yet, this is by no means a linear process: we iterate at every stage to ensure every beer we create is a beer we're proud of.
We've no interest in trend-jacking, instead we seek inspiration from other places: music, art, literature, food, nature... Each beer we make is a story to tell and an opportunity to transport the drinker to another place.
No gimmicks. The beer we brew is the beer we want to be drinking right now. This ideology extends beyond just styles and concepts; we want to drink exceptional beer that’s been given the maximum respect and reverence at every stage. Which is why we’re continually investing in high-spec brewery and lab equipment.
Respecting the provenance and quality of ingredients is vital: from propagating our own strains of yeast, to using the best local malted barley, to making the most of the natural water resource in our area. We guarantee only the very best goes into each batch of beer. Brewing exceptional beer is a lot of little things done consistently very well and we will never lose that focus.
Our in-house canning facility gives us total control over the packaging process enabling us to keep our beer unpasteurised and extremely fresh. Hops fade fast, which is why our beer is cold-chained every step of the way. This extends to our supply chain where we take special measures to promote the cold storing of our beer.
All this combines to make the beer in your glass as fresh, delicious, and of the highest quality possible.
