If you live locally, or if you are planning to visit the brewery, you can chose the Collect from Brewery delivery option. This is a "Click & Collect" option and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection by email. We would appreciate if you wait until you are in receipt of this email notification before coming to the brewery to collect your order.
At current our collection times are Monday to Friday from 11am until 3pm, and Saturday 11am to 1pm. If you can't collect during these hours, please email us or call 01896-759500, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that we will hold collections for a maximum of 7 working days from the time of email notification. If you fail to collect it within that timeframe (and having notified us in advance), we will cancel and refund your order.
APC and Parcelforce are our main courier partners.
Standard UK Mainland delivery will normally take up to 48 hours, obviously if you order come in anytime after 12noon on Friday and Sunday , it will take longer.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland may take 3-4 days. Delivery to more remote areas such as the Isles of Scotland will normally take up to 5 working days.

If outside of the UK, please get in touch about ordering and we can organise a delivery for you depending on location.
Orders are processed and prepared Monday – Friday. To guarantee same day dispatch, orders must be in before 12 noon, otherwise the order will not leave the brewery until the following working day.
Delivery times are Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver, a card will be left informing you that an attempted delivery had been made. If you do not contact the courier company, a second attempt will be made.
If there is no contact after the second missed delivery, the beer will be returned to us and we will credit your account, less the delivery charges incurred. If you wish instead to have it redelivered, we can arrange this however you will be charged for the delivery cost again. If you wish to contact us about this, please email [email protected]
IMPORTANT: please be advised that due to UK Licensing laws, we cannot LEAVE SAFE but we can leave with a neighbour (provided neighbour is 18 years+).
Due to UK licensing laws, we cannot sell alcohol to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The recipient must also be over 18 years of age.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the products is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per item or bottle or per case, as marked. The prices include UK duty and VAT at a rate of 20%, unless otherwise clearly stated. Any delivery charges are additional to the unit price quoted.
VAT AND CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Unfortunately as these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimal where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.
Orders (including gifts) outside of the EU may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
We accept payment by Maestro/Solo, Switch, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. In the case of payment by bank transfer or cheque, the order(s) will only be shipped when cleared funds have been received into our bank account.
We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. In the unfortunate event that we have run out of a particular beer, we will contact you to discuss delivery or refund options. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 7 days of the purchase. If no replacement is available, please see our standard returns policy below.
Standard Returns Policy:
If goods are to be returned to Tempest Brewery, they must be returned in their original packaging, within 7 days of purchase. You will be refunded in full for the order, excluding all delivery charges incurred, once the goods are received back into our warehouse. Please note that, the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
If there is a problem with your order you must inform Tempest Brewery within 7 days of receipt of the order, Tempest Brewery accept no liability for issues with orders received and unchecked outside of this period.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the brewery by phone immediately. Once the items are shipped there will be a charge for the return of the cancelled order to us.
In the unfortunate event that there are any breakages, the courier will need to collect the item/s in question. If breakages do occur, all that we ask is that you let us know within 24 hours of the courier delivering the beer to you. We will then ask you to return (via the courier at our cost) the original package and any other spoilt bottles. We will then credit you for the beer returned or redeliver a replacement (hopefully without any breakages on the second time!).

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your beer if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications or courier service provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
The images, words and descriptions within the website are for guidance only. Final products may look different to the image shown.
Tempest Brewery may change or add to these terms and conditions for security, legal or regulatory reasons. We will not use this right to vary the terms of any special offer that applies to you.
The sale of the goods takes place only when the beer is dispatched from our warehouse. Until that time, Tempest Brewery will not be bound to supply the goods or agree the price.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or miss-described goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
You agree and acknowledge that Tempest Brewery owns or are licensed to use all copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this web site. You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions only. You must obtain our prior written consent before you use our web site or any part of it in any other manner.
All persons, individual and corporate, are prohibited from providing hypertext or other links to the Tempest Brewery web site from their own web site or from a third party's web site, without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude Tempest Brewery from liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
Loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
Loss or damage was not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier
Loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.
We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the beer. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.

Our online store offers road tariff shipping to a select number of European countries; these are subject to some slightly different terms and conditions to our UK shipping so please make yourself aware of them before ordering.
The shipping rates are determined by UK Mail’s shipping zones, they are as follows:

Please be aware that this is for shipments between 0kg and 30kg – roughly equivalent to 50 bottles of beer. If you wish to order more, please get in touch with us directly at [email protected].
We endeavour to make sure our beer is well packaged for transit, however now and again a breakage or damage may occur.
If your beer has a breakage, or your merchandise is damaged, please send photos of the damage to [email protected] with your Order Reference within 24 hours of receiving the package.
From there, we can offer your reimbursement to the value of the damaged item(s). Please note, we cannot accept and process returns on orders from outside of the UK due to the associated costs.
